Very high precision weight loss dosing device.
Gravimetric dosing device for individual weight loss works with one load cell per product. It is the most precise gravity dosing device in the world. The dosage of each product is made directly at the inlet of the extruder thread, which allows working with very low dosages, below 1% and making sure that this dosage is flowing into the thread exactly as programmed.
The great advantage of this system is that when you change any percentage of a recipe, the threads immediately change their speeds and the process change is instantaneous. Also, the cleaning of material is very fast and easy to handle.
This system has all the qualities and reliability that a gravimetric dosing system needs to ensure accuracy and dosing quality during the process for the plastic processing industry. It is a differentiated equipment compared to other batch feeders, works in continuous extrusion machines and does not work with cyclic machines as injectors.
