Easy Blow Controler. Automatic width meter and controller for balloon extruders. Composed of three ultrasonic sensors, positioned every 120° around the balloon, one PLC and two pneumatic valves. The system compares the actual width with the programmed width and makes the necessary adjustments through two pneumatic valves.

For swivel heads, the valves and also a mini compressed air compressor are shipped and rotate together with the head and the PLC through wireless communication that actuates when necessary the valves to control the width of the plastic film.
