CONTROLPLAST

A hybrid solution, using the two gravimetric mixing technologies. This model can work with Gravimix of up to 6 products, with dosage by drawer and by batch associated to a Controlmaster of 3 more products, with dosage by transport thread and stepper motor, using the gravimetric technology of weight loss, which is the most accurate available today, totalling a maximum of 9 materials.

This solution was born by the demand of the plastic transformers themselves, demanding a very high dosing precision in certain materials. This solution is supplied with all the automatic feeding part and with the centralized programming in a single colour touch interface.
