IBC - Internal air cooler
Internal air cooler, meter and automatic width controller for balloon extruders with a fixed head. Composed of three ultrasonic sensors positioned every 120° around the flask, one CLP and two outlets for proportional control of the air inlet and outlet speed of the flask. The system compares the actual width with the programmed width while maintaining a fixed speed of one of the two motors and the computerized system automatically controls the speed of the second motor to maintain the actual width as programmed thanks to an advanced control algorithm.
