The control system consists of a rotating or fixed capacitive thickness gauge that communicates with a central computer. The Software processes all the data and controls the position of all the Automatic Air Ring motors, which allows the regulation of the airflow to each ring segment.
The software controls the opening or closing of the air outlet by increasing or decreasing the volume of air in each segment. This directly influences the melting temperature at the head plastic outlet and consequently changes the thickness of the film at the time of blowing in the next process.
The Automatic Ring together with the Rotary Thickness Gauge guarantees an improvement of at least 50% of the initial uncontrolled values.
