Viscontroller
Developed to control the viscosity of inks for the printing industry and thus maintain the same viscosity standard from the beginning to the end of an order. This system will automatically add the solvent if the viscosity increases over time, so the operator manually adjusts the desired viscosity at the beginning and records this value with a touch on the screen. In the automatic adjustment mode, the system monitors the viscosity in the established standard.
The system consists of 1 PLC with Color Touch Interface, Viscosity Sensors and Solvent Dosing Valves one per colour. The system is very simple to use thanks to the Color Touch Interface. Robust and reliable stainless steel sensor. Very high precision continuous Viscosity measurement. Automatic solvent additive when the viscosity exceeds the programmed value. Storage of recipes in the Interface. Communication with Software in real-time for data collection and recipe sending.
